Before the Webinar Session
We prepare each interview carefully. Guests receive questions in advance, and we verify technical setup to avoid common issues. You'll know what to expect and when.
Step One
Guest Selection and Coordination
We invite professionals currently working in the field—people handling real projects with relevant experience. After confirming availability, we schedule a date and share topic areas for discussion.
Step Two
Question Development
Based on participant interests and the guest's expertise, we create a list of specific questions. These get sent to the guest several days before the session so they can prepare thoughtful responses.
Step Three
Technical Check and Materials
We run a brief connection test with the guest to confirm audio, video, and screen sharing work properly. Any supporting materials or visual examples get uploaded to the platform beforehand.
Step Four
Live Session Execution
The interview happens in real time, typically running 60-90 minutes. We moderate the discussion, incorporate participant questions via chat, and record the session for those who can't attend live.
